You can check your Provident Fund with the help of your mobile, you have two options to check Balance with Mobile.
- Check PF Balance with Missed Call.
- Check PF Balance with SMS.
To avail this facilities you must have seeded/Link you UAN with Your Mobile Number
Method 1: Check PF Balance with Missed Call
You have to give a missed call on this number from your registered mobile number on UAN and you may get their details available with EPFO
Method 2: Check PF Balance with SMS
UAN activated members may know their latest PF contribution and balance available with EPFO By sending an SMS from registered mobile number . The member has to SMS “EPFO UAN”
Step 1:- Visit Website https://epfigms.gov.in/Grievance/GrievanceMaster

Step 2:- Click Register Grievance Tab

Step 3:- Click PF Member Option

Step 4:- Enter UAN Number, Security Code Then, Click Get Details

Step 5:- Click OTP

Step 6:- After Clicking, you need to submit OTP received on registered mobile number then, Click Submit

Step 7:- Click OK

Step 8:- You will get new screen, and fill details as per form.

You will get new screen below and select Grievance Concern , Grievance Category , and provide Grievance Description . Then, Click Add

Step 9:- Click Submit

Step 1:- Visit Website https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ > Enter UAN, Password, Captcha > Sign In

Step 2:- Click Later

Step 3:- Click Manage> Contact Details

Step 4:- Click the Check Box.

Step 5:- After clicking check box > Enter Mobile No. > Get Authorization

Step 6:- Enter PIN Number > Save Changes

Step 1:- Visit Website https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ >

Step 2:- Click Activate UAN tab

Step 3:- You get below new screen and fill the blanks as per document

Step 4:- After filling all the details, Click Get Authorization Pin.

Step 5:- An authorization pin will be sent to the mobile number registered with EPFO. Enter this PIN and Click Validate OTP and Activate UAN . After that UAN will be activated and your Password will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 1:- Visit Website https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ and login by UAN, Password, Captcha > Sign In

You will get the below screen

Step 2:- Click MANAGE

Step 3:- Click KYC

After Clicked KYC, New window will Open then, enter the details as per document

Step 4:- Click SAVE

Pending KYC will be show like this

After approved KYC, You will get below screen

Step 1:- Visit Website https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ and login by UAN, Password, Captcha > Sign In

You will get the below screen

Step 2:- Click ONLINE SERVICE Tab > ONE MEMBER ONE EPF ACCOUNT

You will get the screen and find the details yourself


After enter UAN Number, you will get below screen

After clicking > Click Get OTP > SUBMIT

After Get OTP, screen look like below

After Submission, you will get below screen

Step 1:- Visit Website https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ and login by UAN, Password, Captcha > Sign In

Step 2:- Click ONLINE SERVICE Tab > Claim (Form 31,19 & 10C)

Step 3:- On clicking the Claim Form, Member and KYC details etc. are shown And verify your Bank Account Number by enter last four digit.

Step 4:- After entered Bank Account number, A dialogue box will be show, then Click YES for proceed further

After clicking on YES, drop down will come (Form 19 & 10 C)

To Submit your claim, just click on appropriate drop down for Proceed Further

Step 5:- In this form, just select the claim you want under the tab “ I want to apply for ” withdraw is available under the following conditions
Form 31 - Partial withdrawal of PF
Form 19 - Complete PF withdrawal
Form 10C – Pension withdrawal benefit and scheme certificate
